looking for a job

Tuesday morning I got in my car and drove around to area shops/stores and asked if anyone is hiring.  Yes it’s true, I’m looking for a part time gig.  I do not really want to, but there is no reason I shouldn’t since our adoption is delayed yet again.  We just received word that it will most likely be more like July when we GET our referral, and then won’t probably travel until September.  It is very discouraging, but we remain constant in the fact that God has never left his throne in this matter, and that HE is ordaining all of it.  It’s tough to take all the emotional “roller-coastering” but we will survive.

Thus I’ve decided there is no reason not to do something more with my time and energy.  So I’ve got some applications in and am waiting to hear back from them.  I continue to seek out other options as well.  If you are a local “reader” of my blog and know of anyone looking for a babysitter in my area please let me know! :)
