WE ARE CLEARED
We got news early yesterday morning that we are cleared to schedule an appointment with the embassy in Ethiopia. We are FINALLY cleared to come and get our son!
This is so unreal that even as I type the words I have a hard time believing that after 3 years of this process we are nearing the end. HALLELUJAH!
So we leave this weekend for a confirmed appointment on May 17. Crazy.
On to the chaos, we can't wait.

ReplyDeleteSo excited for your new life journey to begin. The moments of joy children bring to life are like no other. You are both going to be great, creative, parents. You have to get creative, especially with discipline as the years to by. That baby boys cheeks are going to be really stinky because of all of the kisses coming his way. Love you both!
ReplyDeleteJust stopped over to check in and read the exciting news. Congratulations! Praying for your trip and the transitions - hooray!
